If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will authorize a return or exchange of the mattress.

Here’s how it works:

• Buy a LuxaRest Memory Foam Mattress from our website or by phone.
• Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights in order to adjust to the contouring support of your new mattress.
• If you're not happy in the first 90 days after your purchase, call one of our Sleep Specialists toll free at 1-877-269-3987. They will work with you to answer your questions and resolve any concerns you may have.
• If you are still not happy with your new mattress, you may exchange the mattress for another model, or return the mattress for a full refund of your purchase price.
• You get a 100% refund on your mattress if you are unhappy, no return shipping/hidden charges, and no need to fit the mattress back into its original packaging.

Many people love their new memory foam mattress from the first night. Others will take some time to adjust to this remarkable new sleep surface. • The 90 Night Test Rest applies to only LuxaRest Brand memory foam mattresses purchased on this website or by phone
• Return requests are not accepted after 90 days
• Mattresses must be in like new condition, without stains or odors.
• Does not apply to LuxaRest memory foam mattress toppers
• The 90 Night Test Rest applies to the mattress and foundation (if purchased)
• Power Bases, platform bed frames, heavy duty bed frames, pillows and/or accessories do not qualify.
