We ship all LuxaRest Memory Foam Mattresses and LuxaRest Memory Foam Mattress toppers, platform bed frames, pillows and accessories via FEDEX ground track or FEDEX freight. Your item(s) will arrive between 1 and 6 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it leaves the warehouse, depending on how close you are to the shipping location. If you purchased a universal foundation and/or a Power Base with your new LuxaRest Memory Foam Mattress, your entire order will ship via a freight line of our choice. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent's pick-up location, they will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. The products will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to transport the product(s) inside. At the time your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the shipper directly. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
