
We hope you are completely satisfied with your LuxaRest Memory Foam Mattress Purchase, but if you decide to exchange or return the bed or bed and foundation during the 90 Night Test Rest period, call a Sleep Specialist toll free at 1-877-269-3987. You may exchange your mattress or foundation one time within the 90 Night Test Rest period. Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from a LuxaRest to a LuxaRest Ultra) will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will be responsible for any difference in price.
All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be given a "Return Authorization" (RA) number from Customer Service, which will expire 30 days from date of issue. The RA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. Customer Service will send you the packing material necessary to return your bed or bed and foundation. (Foundation only returns are not included in the FREE return policy. See below.). A shipping label will be included with this packing material, which allows the product to be returned to Boyd LuxaRest Freight Prepaid (at no cost to you). Customer Service will work with you to determine an acceptable pick up time. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received and inspected at Boyd. Products will NOT be issued a refund if any of the following applies 1) mattress found to be damaged beyond normal use expectations 2) mattress is soiled 3) mattress is returned prior to a complete 30 night trial period.
All shipping and incidental charges to return or exchange a LuxaRest foundation are the responsibility of the customer. If freight is shipped collect, the shipment will be refused and shipped back to the consumer. You will be responsible in the event of a lost or damaged package. We ask that you send your package to us by UPS or FEDEX - If you select to use the post office, you must purchase delivery confirmation. Purchase enough insurance to cover the value of your return. The LuxaRest Sleep Specialist representative can also provide valuable tips on how to efficiently pack the foundation and suggest a shipping carrier to minimize your expense. The foundation needs to be placed in a poly bag and cardboard box. If necessary we can provide a poly bag and suitable box at an additional cost of $50.00
Any LuxaRest product that is defective at time of arrival, or is found to be defective within the 90 Night Test Rest period, will be replaced at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by Boyd LuxaRest.
Choosing bed accessories to provide Personalized Comfort is just as important as selecting your bed. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your memory foam mattress topper, pillow, mattress pad or other accessory purchase, we will authorize a one-time exchange for a different product within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged accessories must be unopened, unused, in good condition and original proof of purchase must be presented. Because these items are of a personal nature, any opened and/or used item cannot be exchanged. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for accessory items. The only exception is an accessory item that is clearly defective or was damaged in shipping.

While we do not accept returns on adjustable Power Bases, we stand by their quality with a 20 Year Limited Warranty.
